Booking and Payments

Booking with Travel Vibes UK is quick and easy. Simply visit our website www.travelvibesuk.co.uk and use the search filters to find the ideal flight or other services for your chosen dates. If you encounter any issues or have questions before booking, feel free to contact our team at “info@travelvibeuk.co.uk” for assistance.

At Travel Vibes UK, we accept multiple payment options, including cryptocurrency, credit/debit card payments, bank transfers, Apple Pay, PayPal and through pay later services. Payments can also be processed through secure e-pay links sent to customers.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email containing all relevant details within four hours. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam folder. If you still haven't received it, contact us at “info@travelvibeuk.co.uk” for support.

Our customer service agents are always ready to assist you with your booking over the phone. While we strive to keep the booking process as seamless as possible, any applicable fees or charges will be clearly communicated to you during the booking process.

Flight Tickets and Changes

Once your booking is confirmed, your e-ticket will be sent to you via email. E-tickets are a secure and convenient way to manage your travel, eliminating the risk of loss or damage. Simply present your e-ticket and a valid form of ID at the airport to check in for your flight.

Unfortunately, flight tickets are non-transferable. However, you may cancel the ticket (depending on the terms) and rebook a new one under the intended passenger's name. Additional charges may apply.

The cost of changing flight dates depends on the terms and conditions of your ticket and the availability of new flights. Some airlines may charge a fee for changes.

If you miss your flight, contact either the airline directly or our customer service team. The next steps will depend on the airline’s terms and conditions for the issued ticket.

Travel Information and Documentation

Infants are defined as those from 1 day old up to 1 year, 11 months, and 29 days for the entire journey. If a child turns 2 before or on the day of arrival at the destination, they will be charged the child fare. Children are considered to be between 2 years and 11 years, 11 months, and 29 days. If a child turns 12 before or on the day of arrival, they will no longer qualify for child fares. Please note that infants do not receive their own seat and must travel on an adult’s lap.

To collect your ticket at the airport, present a valid form of identification (such as a passport or driving license), along with a printed copy of your booking confirmation and the debit/credit card used for payment or other payment proof.

If you selected a meal preference during the booking process, this information will be included in the confirmation email sent to you after booking.

It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they have the correct travel documents, including visas, before purchasing tickets. For guidance, you can consult one of our travel experts.
